Abstract EN

This study aims to examine the impact of macroeconomic variables on the volume of foreign trade in Algeria using annual data over the period 2000-2019, this analysis based on the autoregressive distributed lag (ARDL) given by Pesaran et al 2001.

from our study, we found that there was a long-term moral impact of FDI stock on the volume of external trade, and that there was no long-term relationship between the debt exchange rate and the foreign trade volume.

there is also a long-term relationship between the volume of national income and foreign trade in Algeria, and there is no long-term relationship between the volume of public expenditures and foreign trade in Algeria.
