Abstract EN

This study aimed to define the money Waqf, it’s permissible from the Shari’a point of view, and its most important features and types.

it also indicated some risks that might be exposed to the cash Waqf and mentioned some international experiences in the money Waqf.

the study concluded that the cash Waqf is an easy and suitable financial resource for the largest members of society, because it contributes to establish modern Waqf institutions and support economic and social Waqf projects, especially by increasing the member of participants in the capital.

it recommended that to develop the financial and monetary system for facilitate the process of investing monetary Waqf in the form of Waqf instruments, postal and bank accounts, as well as the various methods of electronic Waqf.
