The study aimed to know the other basic factors or variables without income, if they have a positive or negative impact on the level of well-being, in order to know the levels of well-being of families in the state of Mostaganem.

given the critical importance of this topic, which is economic and social well-being goes beyond the economic aspect to include the social aspect, we have tested in this paper the most important indicators and factors behind the achievement of well-being, starting with calculating the Gini coefficient estimated at 0.318, then measuring the levels of families welfare by including other variables with income is of a purely social character, and after addressing the problem of linear multiplicity, we have the model of (social standing, family income, professional seniority) as independent variables, we concluded that social status as a variable in terms of importance.
