Abstract EN

This study aims to know the obstacles of the making of the athletic champion in Algeria, as well as to knowing the order of these obstacles for sports coaches, study relied on the descriptive analytical method, sample included 88 coaches from Algeria who were chosen randomly, hypothesis of the study was the existence of a set of obstacles that prevent access to a real making for the athletic champion in Algeria, in addition to their difference in terms of the degree of importance for the coaches, results were collected by distributing an electronic questionnaire, the results was analyzed by a set of statistical methods represented in frequencies, percentages, arithmetic means and standard, the study concluded that there are a number of obstacles that hinder the industry of the sports champion in Algeria, these obstacles came in terms of importance as follows : administrative obstacles are in the first place, and school sports and coach obstacles occupy the second place, while community obstacles come in the fourth place, and the recommendations were the necessity of follow-up by the state and accompanying it to the project of making a sports hero, rehabilitating school sports and hiring teachers specialized in physical education and sports in the primary education stage.
