However, they were unanimously agreed on one thing, which is the great impact that the leadership leaves, whether this impact is positive or negative on the individual, the institution, and the society as a whole.

Leadership has deep roots in history, human existence presented itself, due to its close connection with the organization of the life of the individual with the rest of society, and with the progress of human thought, leadership had the best chance of attention and theorizing, as studies and theories branched and visions differed between thinkers, in an attempt to control its concept and its determinants.
