It is a response to communist states' one-party authority by establishing a social reference outside the State.

It is also a response to the centralization of decision-making in Liberal States.

It is also a response to the market economy's control over social life as well as Third World dictatorships.

For a long time, man has been looking for the best ways to meet his needs.

One of the most important of which is the urgent need to meet with others in order to form an organized society in which people are familiar with one another, resulting in one of the most important forms of community organization within the State.
