Abstract EN

Various countries have worked hard to eliminate the phenomenon of child exploitation by assigning them to work that offers his or her safety, and that they have done so much to do so.

His health or well-being are at risk, among them, the Algerian legislature has been continuing to develop legal mechanisms to prevent and suppress this phenomenon, especially after the enactment of the Child Protection Act.

Through this study, the phenomenon of child labor and economic exploitation will be carefully diagnosed, Review and appraisal of the policy of Algerian legislature in combating this phenomenon in accordance with international norms and standards for child labor and their economic exploitation.
