يكشف المقال عن مساهمة اتفاقية حقوق الطفل لسنة 1989 المصادق عليها من طرف الجزائر في تضمين التشريعات الداخلية، مجموعة من الشروط المتعلقة بتشغيل القصر.
يشرح البحث دور هذه النصوص التشريعية في تكريس حماية الطفل في عالم الشغل، و كذا الدور الذي تلعبه الهيئات الرقابية سواء أكانت إدارية أو قضائية.
يخلص المقال إلى أن جميع هذه الأحكام و الإجراءات المقررة، تهدف إلى تحقيق المصلحة الفضلى للطفل حفاظا على صحته و سلامته و صونا لحقوقه في مجال الشغل.
Abstract EN
The article explores the participation of the 1989 Convention on the rights of the child ratified by Algeria to t he incorporation into internal legislation of a set of conditions relating to the employment of minors.
The research explains the role of these legislative texts in the protection of children in the world of employment, as well as the role played by supervisory bodies, whether administrative or judicial.
The article concludes that all these provisionsand established procedures are in the best interest of the child in order to safeguard his or her health, integrity and rights, in the field of employment.
