The LPP Public Promotional Housing formula is part of the real estate projects monitored since the taking over of certain segments of Algerian society according to a specific approach and methodology adopted by the Algerian government at the beginning of 2013, in response to a social need, after have a study supporting the continuity of the housing assistance policy and its development on the basis of an income system framed by a number of times of SNMG to arrive at a satisfaction meet the social needs of quality and well- be under the supervision of the State represented by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning, calling on a real estate developer who belongs to the public sector to materialize the project in an exclusive and monopolistic manner, unlike previous real estate development formulas with its social character, whether it is to own or to rent.

This real estate project, for the first time, came to activate the content of article 13 of Law n ° 11-04 of 17/02/2011 setting the rules governing the activity of real estate development and which was confirmed by the Law of finances for the year 2015 in particular article 92, which made the property development activity by exception a tool to achieve the public interest.
