العناية بالملك الوقفي لا تنحصر في التشجيع على الوقف فحسب، و لا في ضبط سلطة إدارية تسهر على إدارته و استمراره بنصوص قانونية فقط، بل لابد من البحث الحثيث عن سبل استثماره، و ترقيته و ضمان استمراره في تأدية الغاية المرجوة منه.
و هو الأمر الذي يتطلب الدراسة و التخطيط المناسبين لحسن استغلال هذا المورد الهام و الحفاظ عليه.
و الوضعية التي آلت إليها الأملاك الوقفية في الوقت الحاضر، تدفع إلى ضرورة إحيائها و حسن استعمالها و البحث عن سبل الاستفادة منها في تحقيق التنمية في مختلف المجالات العلمية، الاقتصادية و الاجتماعية و المشاريع التنموية للأجيال الحالية، و إشباع احتياجات المواطنين في الوقت الحاضر، مع إلزامية الحفاظ على ذات الموارد لتوفيرها للأجيال المستقبلية، و ضمان تنمية فعالة لها في إطار التنمية المستدامة.
Abstract EN
Taking care of the Waqf king needs to encourage the endowment and control of an administrative authority that watches over its management, as well as for the vigorous search for ways to invest it, which requires study for its proper exploitation and preservation.
the situation that endowment properties have devolved into now leads to the need to search for ways to benefit from them in achieving development in various, and in development projects for current generations, and to satisfy the needs of individuals at the present time.
it is imperative to preserve the same resources for future generations, and to ensure effective development for them in the context of sustainable development.
