The constitutions and laws of various countries have enshrined the right to social insurance for all groups and individuals, including the category of lawyers.

this article aims to study the social protection of the lawyer, especially since this subject has not been the subject of any scientific study before.

it also aims to shed light on the risks covered by each of them.

the lawyer’s social funds and the financing recently created by the Algerian legislator through the lawyer’s footprint, the risks covered by social security organizations, and the role of each of these two funds in the protection and the stimulation of the affiliation and the participation of the lawyer to cover the various risks to which the lawyer is exposed during his career and even beyond.
