The pursuit of women’s rights in a way that preserves her dignity and takes into a account her privacy as a living being, began clearly in the light of Islamic sharia, which included provisions that show the areas of equality between them and men places of inequality between them.

which is what this article aimes to highlight according to a descriptive method supported by the analutical method, where we highlighted a group of the rights and duties established by Islamic law for women compared to men, so that relative equality appears in all of this within what is stated in the provisions of Islamic law, taking into account the different nature of the parties biologically and psychologically.
