Two cases of maxillary permanent double teeth, the lej central incisor and the right lateral incisor, an described.

Treatment comprised of surgical separation orthodontic alignment and conservative pulp therapy Surgical splitting and removal of one half of the doubU tooth resulted in an acceptable shaped tooth Orthodontic treatment involved alignment of teeth am relief of anterior crowding.

No root canal therapy wot performed, and the teeth showed no evidence Oj increased mobility.

The intervened teeth remained vita, and their periodontal health was maintained At 21 months follow-up, examination revealed gooi prognosis and stability.
