This study is, first, an attempt to know at what extent electronic-surveillance systems can fight administrative corruption and promote transparency by identifying its features and the administrative, human and technological difficulties that its application may engender.

then, it tries to determine the degree of effectiveness of electronic-surveillance application in fighting this phenomenon the study results have shown that electronic surveillance contributes effectively to the fight and prevention of administrative corruption since it brings about faster, better and more accurate transaction processing, and more disciplined employees in addition to saving time, efforts and money.

also, modern technology facilitates the detection of administrative irregularities, and the issuance of automatic electronic alerts.
