This study dealt with the death penalty execution obstacles, by researching the definition of the concept of each of the terms "obstacles" and the penalty execution.

the execution obstacles of the death penalty were also studied by explaining the legal implications of the punishment.

also, this article has shed light on the position of comparative legislation on the subject.

in the article, we adopted the comparative analytical method in the Moroccan, Bahraini, Emirati, Iraqi and Kurdistan legal systems.

and we concluded the research with a set of conclusions and recommendations.
