The legislator tried to find ways and bodies to protect cultural heritage of all kinds, whether the tangible cultural heritage or the intangible cultural heritage of the Algerian society.

Le législateur s'est efforcé de trouver des voies et des organismes pour protéger le patrimoine culturel de toutes sortes, qu'il s'agisse du patrimoine culturel matériel ou du patrimoine culturel immatériel de la société Algérienne.
