Abstract EN

Models of social development differ in terms of characteristics and objectives, but the best models are those whose performance is reflected in the quality of life and well-being of individuals.

In this context, this study aims to identify the contradictions and current views of social development and quality of life with the aim of forming a scientific basis for linking these two variables.

To test the study model, two types of standard techniques were used: ordinary least squares and two stage least squares, analyzing two different dimensions: the simple dimension and the time dimension.

This double regression dimension has positive characteristics, which helps to organize the data sample studied on the basis of a set of time series.

It should also be noted that the results obtained from the estimation by both methods proved the validity of the study hypothesis, as there is a significant contribution to the determinants of social and economic development in the quality of life of individuals.
