Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the nature of the repercussions that technological uses have on the worker's performance.

a study was applied to a sample of 96 workers in the Algerian telecom corporation in the Wilayat of el-Tarf.

the descriptive analytical approach and the questionnaire were used as a means of collecting data, where important results were reached : 1- the use of the institution's workers in the field of study of the computer improved their professional level.

the use of a computer has a positive effect on the performance of the workers.

the study concluded some recommendations, including : 1- the necessity to provide training and educational programs to raise the efficiency of workers.
