This study aimed to get acquainted with the reality of training professors of educational institutions and specifically professors of mediums This is based on compatibility of the outputs of training and the requirements of professional practice and this is based on the systemic view as a trend recently emerged as we seek to find out the various stages of this process by checking and scrutinizing and extracting the results of practice Training according to rational methods that respond to the needs of renewed field work which is in line with the peculiarities of the current era.

The sample of the study consisted of 125 professors who had received initial training for a full year and were recent in professional practice.

The training results were not satisfactory compared to what the professional practice required in the era of challenges.
