The present study aimed to identify the relationship between emotional regulation strategies (adaptive/ less-adaptive), the degree of quality of life in Alzheimer's patients caregiver, the detection of gender differences among Alzheimer's patients caregiver in emotional regulation strategies (adaptive/ less-adaptive) and the degree of sense of quality of life, and to achieve the purposes of the study we applied two measures the first of which was for the cognitive emotion regulation ''Garnefsky'' and others (2001) translated by the researcher, The second relates to the quality of life for ''Shokair'' (2009), on a sample of (30) Alzheimer's patients caregiver, and the results concluded that there is a relationship between emotional regulation strategies (adaptive/ less-adaptive) and quality of life, as there is gender difference in emotional regulation strategies (adaptive) for males, and there is no gender difference in emotional regulation strategies (less-adaptive) and in the degree of quality of life.
