The article focuses on solidarity and the adoption of institutional work by Algerian charitables, as it is one of the actors of civil society, dealing with this issue was divided into four axes: The first axis was about the formation of civil society in Western thought, the second axis was on the emergence and formation of civil society in Algerian society, the third axis was on charitables associations and institutional work, the last axis on the field component (the Charitable association Salsabil Mostaganem).

We aim through this article to Showing the adoption of institutional work and its contribution to the continuation and success of solidarity activity.
