In this study, we will address the issue of Israeli crimes against the Palestinian people, which aims to identify the nature of the international criminal court system, to refer to the type of crimes that fall within the jurisdiction of the (ICC), to show Israeli violations of international law, and their applicability to the crimes committed by the Israeli occupation against Palestinians, and addressing the possibility of Palestine using its right to file lawsuits before this court against Israeli practices.
