Abstract EN

The crime of cyber terrorism is one of the most important and recent forms of terrorism that is most threatening to the entire international community; the states must be aware of its gravity and urge to conclude international conventions and treaties to seek legal texts in order to address this issue.

however; the novelty of this type of crime makes a clear difference in the attitude of states towards it: which is highlighted in our study; finally, we found it impossible to find a unified definition of cyber terrorism, with different legal systems about its criminalization; there is also the problem of adapting the law to the perspective of each state; according to their different ideological and political views and positions.
