Abstract EN

The objective of this study is to identify the factors affecting job satisfaction in public administration employees.

the study was conducted on the employee of the regional direction of commerce in Blida.

to achieve this study by identifying the job satisfaction factors, a questionnaire was designed and distributed to a sample estimated at 300 individual between inspectors and investigators.

the results show that both physical conditions and moral conditions are the most important factors affecting the degree of employee’s job satisfaction.

this is consistent with the major theories in this field of study.
