This study aimed to identify the importance of the financial leasing loan in financing small and medium enterprises from the viewpoint of their owners.

the study relied on the descriptive and analytical approach by highlighting the theoretical framework of the study variables.

to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was developed and distributed to a sample of owners of small and medium enterprises operating in the state of Tiaret.

the study found that there are reasons why small and medium enterprises ask the study sample to use the financial lease loan to finance their needs of productive assets.

the results of the study also indicated that there is a great importance of financial leasing in financing.

these institutions are due to easy access and low costs.

the study also found that there are difficulties facing project owners in using financial leasing.
