نظرا لأهمية المصالح التي أصبحت تهددها جرائم الفساد، فإن الوقاية منها و منع ارتكابها أصبح محل اهتمام كل النصوص القانونية، حتى وصل هذا الاهتمام لأن يكون دستوريا، أين نص الدستور الجزائري على العديد من الآليات التي من شأنها منع وقوع هذه الجرائم، و التي نهدف إلى بيانها في هذه الدراسة، و قد خلصنا إلى أنه و على الرغم من أنه أصبح بالجزائر ما يمكن تسميته إستراتيجية دستورية للوقاية من جرائم الفساد إلا أن هذه الإستراتيجية قد جاءت مبتورة في عديد من إجراءاتها ما يرهن فعاليتها في منع وقوع هذه الجرائم.

given the importance of interests that have become threatened by corruption crimes, preventing and preventing them from committing them has become the focus of all legal texts, until this attention has reached constitutional, Where is the Algerian constitution on many mechanisms that would prevent these crimes, which we aim to high light in this study, we have concluded that Algeria has a constitution alstrategy to prevent corruption crimes, but this strategy has been deficient in many of its rules, whichde pends on its effectiveness in prevent ingsuch crimes.
