The Algerian legislator established the Agency for the Development of Small and Medium Enterprises and the Promotion of Innovation under Article 17 of Law 2/17 which contains the Directive for the Development of Small and Medium Enterprises as a public body that the state depends on in implementing the strategy of developing small and medium enterprises, through the support services it provides to small and medium enterprises And, in order to create a new dynamic based on the means of support capable of imparting a new dimension of growth that allows small and medium enterprises to fully play their role as an engine of growth in the national economy.
