Abstract EN

Among the most prominent contemporary issues that families suffer from is the frequent emergence of cyber crime as a result of the blatant ence of media education, which gives the highest importance to educating young people in ways of understanding and appreciating things as well as ways of coexistence with others, understanding the requirements of the modern era, mechanisms of interaction with globalization and mobilizing the youth to face ongoing events whether urgent or not.

As well, media education enables them to acquire skills that help them confronting instead of fearing, surrendering, isolating one's self, resenting, justifying or attributing their problems to others.

Furthermore, media education helps students to understand their rights and duties, praise the values of consultation, fight intellectual deviations according to the convenient ways.

Therefore, the purpose of this work is to provide convenient opportunities to address the psychological, cultural and social problems that students and their families in school suffer from such as civilizational and technological illiteracy which leads them to missuse technology.
