Abstract EN

This study was planned to study the correlation between bacteria isolated from bovine milk and bacteria isolated from throat in humans with and without septic sore throat manifestations.

Two hundred milk samples of market and farm milk (150 from farm milk and 50 from market milk) were collected. The farm milk consists of 100 sample apparently normal and 50 sample of mastitic milk.

One hundred throat swabs from patient related to this farms. The obtained results indicated that Staph.

aureus ,Strept.

Pyogenes, Pseudomonas aeroginosa, E.

coli, Klebsiella pneumonae and proteus vulgaris were isolated from clinical mastitic bovine milk at a percentage of 44 %, 18 %, 12 %, 12 % ,8 %and 6 %, respectively.

The bacteria isolated from subclinical mastitis milk were Staph.

aureus ,Strept.

Pyogenes, Pseudomonas aeuroginosa, E.

coli, Klebsiellapneumonae and proteus vulgaris and isolated at a percentage of 55 %, 25 %, 1.66 %, 10 %, 5 % and 3.34 %, respectively.

The results obtained from apparently normal bovine farm milk indicated that that E.

coli, proteus vulgaris, Klebsiella pneumonae and Staph.

aureus were isolated at a percentage of 40 %, 30 %, 20 % and 10 %, respectively.

On the other hand, bacteria isolated from human throat swabs without septic sore throat manifestations indicated that Strept.

Pyogenes, Staph.

aureus, pseudomonas aeroginosa were isolated at a percentage of 20 %, 10 %, 4 % and 66 %, respectively.

And from human swabs from patient with septic sore throat manifestations we obtained that Strept.

Pyogenes, Staph.

aureus, pseudomonas aeroginosa at a percentage of 60 %, 30 %, 10 % and 0 %, respectively
