This current paper is Issued by the morphological instructional rules as stated by Ibn Qasim Al-Ghazzi in his Hashiat Ala Sharh Al-Taftazani's Li Tasrif Al-Ezzi.

In his book, Al-Ghazzi has repeatedly mentioned the instructional rules when presenting and directing morphological and grammatical opinions.

This requirement has prompted the researcher to examine the methodological dimensions of his morphological instructional rules.

To reveal the instructional rules in the Arabic morphology by examining Abu Qasim Al-Ghazzi’s use of these rules in his presentation of morphological issues according to these rules, this research paper is conducted to address this problem.

The research paper begins with an introduction explaining the significance of Tasrif Al-Ezzi, his explanation and his Hashiat, the objectives of the research paper, its significance, its methodology, and previous studies and literature that have been done on it.

What is more, he gives a brief account on Ibn Qasim Al-Ghazzi: his life, birth, sheiks, effects, and death, then he explain about the concept of the instructional rules and its function, the reason for naming, and the reveals the effect the instructional rules in the Arabic morphology and the morphological rules.

and this current paper collects the morphological instructional rules in Ibn Qasim Al-Ghazzi, and clarifies its sections, and then concludes the research with results and recommendations.

The researcher has followed the standard approach in studying the instructional rules according to Ibn Qasim Al-Ghazzi by showing the changes that occur in morphological phenomena from a deep standpoint, depending on the overall rules for examining the morphological rules that regulate the morphological phenomena of Ibn Qasim Al-Ghazzi.

At last, this explains the current paper the role of the instructional rules in matters of morphological disagreement, and proves that they are entirely derived from the linguistic reality, changing it from theorizing into practice.
