Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the level of agile leadership of secondary school principals in Gaza governorates from the teachers’ point of view.

The level of agile leadership of secondary school principals in Gaza governorates from the teachers’ point of view.

The study followed the descriptive analytical approach.

The study sample was selected from (420) secondary school teachers in Gaza.

One of the most important findings of the study is that the level of agile leadership of secondary school principals in Gaza from the teachers’ point of view has obtained a relative weight of (81.60%) , which means to a large degree.

Also, there are no statistically significant differences in the level of agile leadership of secondary school principals in the governorates of Gaza due to the variables (principal’s gender, years of teacher service).

While there were differences in the level of agile leadership of secondary school principals in the governorates of Gaza, according to the teacher’s educational qualification variable, the differences were in favor of teachers who have a bachelor’s degree.
