The article deals with one of the topics of clinical psychology for Muslims in the ninth century AD, which is the disease Malikholia (depression), according to one of the most prominent physicians of Islam, the doctor Abu Bakr bin Zakaria Al-Razi, who presented his views in several medical books in an accurate scientific way in which he defined the nature of This disease, and the main disease symptoms that affect the body and soul.

Al-Razi presented some useful and effective methods of treatment represented in laughter therapy and thought resolution.

So that these treatment methods have proven a positive benefit in curing the disease in people with depression.
