In response to the environmental, economic and social problems facing the countries of the world in general and the Arab countries in particular, Arab business organizations tend to adopt social responsibility as a strategic option to reduce the negative effects of these problems on the various parties in the organization's environment.

In order for Arab business organizations to achieve this trend, they must adhere to the basic principles and general rules for serving the environment and the society in which they operate.

Perhaps among the most important Arab business organizations that adopted a pioneering practical model in the field of social responsibility is the Almarai Company.

Based on that, this study aim to shed light on the "Almarai" model of social responsibility, and by using the descriptive and analytical approach, the current study concluded that The existence of a high-level application of social responsibility in the "Almarai" company, which greatly contributed to the development of the Saudi society economically, socially, culturally and even morally
