Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى استكشاف تأثير عوامل النجاح الحرجة و التي تشمل (القيادة التزام الإدارة العليا، بيئة العمل الاتصال، تقييم الأداء، إدارة جودة الموردين، مشاركة الموظفين الكلية، التعليم و التدريب)، على التنفيذ الفعال لنموذج المؤسسة الأوروبية لإدارة الجودة (EFQM) في الشركات الأردنية الفائزة بجائزة الملك عبد الله الثاني للتميز للقطاع الخاص والتي يبلغ عددها (21) شركة.

تم جمع البيانات من (149) موظف يعملون في الشركات المستهدفة.

و لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة طورت الباحثة استبانة إلكترونية مكونة من (47) فقرة لجمع البيانات المطلوبة من عينة الدراسة لتحليل البيانات و اختبار الفرضيات تم استخدام الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) الإصدار 25 لتوليد إحصاءات وصفية و إجراء تحليل الانحدار.

أظهرت نتائج اختبار الفرضيات أن جميع أبعاد عوامل النجاح الحرجة تؤثر بشكل إيجابي على التنفيذ الفعال لنموذج EFQM.

لذلك، تساعد نتائج هذه الدراسة الشركات على تعزيز التنفيذ الفعال لنموذج المؤسسة الأوروبية لإدارة الجودة من خلال زيادة اعتماد عوامل النجاح الحرجة.

بناءً على هذه النتائج، أوصت الدراسة بضرورة أن تركز الشركات بشكل كبير على توجهات العملاء و إدارة جودة مورديها و الحصول على دعم الإدارة العليا، و إشراك موظفيها في جهود الجودة الشاملة، من أجل تحقيق أداء أعمال متفوق، و زيادة قدرتها التنافسية، و تميز نفسها عن منافسيها كما أوصت الدراسة بإجراء المزيد من البحوث و الدراسات المستقبلية حول العلاقة بين عوامل النجاح الحاسمة و تنفيذ نموذج EFQM في السياقات المختلفة.

English Abstract

The primary purpose of this study was to explore the impact of critical success factors that includes (leadership - top management commitment, work environment, communication, performance appraisal, supplier quality management, total employee involvement, and education and training), on the effective implementation of the European Foundation for quality management model (EFQM) at the Jordanian winning companies of King Abdullah II Award for Excellence for Private Sector, which amount (21) company.

Data were collected from (149) employees working in the target companies.

In order to achieve the study objectives, the researcher developed an electronic questionnaire consisting of (47) paragraph to collect the required data from study sample.

For analyzing data and testing hypotheses a Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 25 was used, to generate descriptive statistics and conducting a regression analysis.

Results of hypotheses testing showed that all dimensions of critical success factors positively influence effective implementation of EFQM model.

The findings of this study, therefore, help companies to enhance effective implementation of EFQM model by increasing adopting critical success factors.

Based on these results the study recommending that the companies should focus largely on their customer orientation, managing their supplier‘s quality, obtain top management support, and involve their employees in its total quality efforts, in order to achieve superior business performance, increase their competitiveness, and differentiate itself from its competitors.

Also the study recommending that conducting more future research and studies on the relationship between critical success factors and the implementation of EFQM model in the different contexts.
