Abstract EN

The importance of research in how to prepare a form to study the reality of university performance to be specific to the work of faculties of physical education and sports sciences in order to be more objective and achieve the demands of academic accreditation in order to raise the level of educational outputs, as well as meet the requirements of the community.

The researcher used the descriptive method in the survey method.

The research society included the members of the teaching staff of the faculties of physical education and sports sciences in the Iraqi universities (1100).

The research sample reached (668) faculty members and 60% of the original society.

(103) subjects are ready to be applied to the sample of the study (600) of the total (11) faculty percentage (54.55% ) of the research sample.

The researchers concluded that the teaching performance of the faculty member is one of the main tasks performed by the Iraqi universities and contributes to the achievement of the goals of the university and that the process of studying the performance status of the faculty member useful in knowledge and determine the strength of excellence in teaching the material that is taught and that the effectiveness of university teaching can not be determined without Continuous evaluation of the teaching performance of the faculty member.
