Abstract EN

The aim of this study is to build a scale to evaluate the reality of the organization sporting mass panels in Iraq, which set standardized levels for them.

The researcher used the descriptive approach in a survey method, as the research sample included specialists in sports science in all Iraqi universities, and their number reached (30) specialists, including (5) specialists used by the researcher.

For the exploratory experiment and (5) specialists whose answer did not satisfy them, The axes of the research scale were determined by (8) axes and include (40) words through the answers of the survey sample and the building sample or the levels of the scale are from five levels according to the answers of the main sample and the study concluded to the reality of the sports mass panels in Iraq is low as it needs cadres Organizational and technical have a great role in directing the sports fans.
