Arabic Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن أثر تقارير الاعمال المتكاملة على الاداء التشغيلي في الشركات الصناعية الأردنية، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة ثم اتباع المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي وتطوير إستبانة تكونت من (68) فقرة، وتم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها.

وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من (2500) موظفا، وتم اختيار عينة الدراسة بالطريقة العشوائية وبلغت (333) موظفاً .

وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن تصورات أفراد عينة الدراسة لدرجة استخدام تقارير الأعمال المتكاملة في الشركات الصناعية الأردنية جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة، وأن تصورات أفراد عينة الدراسة لمستوى الأداء التشغيلي جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة أيضًا، وأنه يوجد اثر ذو دلالة احصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05>a) لتقارير الأعمال المتكاملة بأبعادها (حوكمة الشركات والمسؤولية البيئية والمعلومات المالية والمعلومات المستقبلية) في الأداء التشغيلي بجميع ابعاده تكاليف الانتاج الجودة، المرونة) في الشركات الصناعية الأردنية.

وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة تم إقتراح مجموعة من التوصيات، منها: ضرورة التزام الشركات عينة الدراسة بالإفصاح عن المعلومات الاجتماعية والبيئية لما لها من أهمية في زيادة ثقة أصحاب المصالح بالشركة وكسب الموثوقية بمخرجاتها، وضرورة اصدار معيار خاص بتقارير الأعمال المتكاملة بحيث يتناسب مع الظروف الاقتصادية.

English Abstract

This study aimed to uncover the effect of integrated business reports on the operational performance of the Jordanian industrial companies.

To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive and analysis approach was followed and a questionnaire was developed consisting of (68) paragraphs, and its validity and reliability were verified.

The study population consisted of (2,500) employees, and the study sample was selected by random method and amounted to (333) employees.

The results of the study showed that the perceptions of the study sample members of the degree of using integrated business reports in the Jordanian industrial companies came to a high degree, and that the perceptions of the study sample members of the level of operational performance came in a high degree as well, and that there is a statistically significant impact at the level of significance (α≤0.05) for integrated business reports in its dimensions (Corporate governance, environmental responsibility, financial information, and forward-looking information) on the operational performance in all its dimensions (production costs, quality, flexibility) in the Jordanian industrial companies..

In the light of the study results, a number of recommendations were proposed, including: the necessity for the companies of the study sample to adhere to the disclosure of social and environmental information because of their importance in increasing the confidence of stakeholders in the company and gaining reliability in its outputs, and the necessity to issue a standard for integrated business reports to be commensurate with economic conditions.
