Abstract EN

In this paper, the OTANNO version of four-quadrant CMOS analog multiplier circuit for artificial neural networks multi layer perceptron operation will be proposed.

the proposed multiplier can be divided into two or three parts, which will be in the input, synapse and neuron.

The percentage of silicon area saving is 95% with respect to that multiplier presented in (Chiblè, 1997).

a comparison between OTANNO and OTANPS is also presented.
