This research aims to clarify the concept of emergency conditions, their legality, their conditions, and the relationship between them and the theory of the compelling excuse to terminate the lease contract before the expiry of its term, with reference to those cases mentioned by the Palestinian legislator in the civil law applicable in the Gaza strip.
