The impact of the arbitrary construction on the urban environment is manifested in causing distortion to the visual sight due to the lack of aesthetic values in the housing buildings’ design.

this is due to the self-efforts and the citizens’ reliance on simple and outdated methods at the same time, out of the frameworks of building and reconstruction.

therefore, the real estate promotion activity must be expanded, and the legal system related to urbanization and the city’s splendor must be developed, by finding effective ways that lead to limiting the spread of the visual pollution.
