The Algerian legislator has developed several alternative methods of justice with a view to resolving disputes that may arise from public transactions relatively quickly and simply compared to the judiciary, which requires long and sometimes strict procedures, and in a way that guarantees the rights of the parties, thereby achieving the continuation of the friendly relationship between them, as the Algerian legislator has adopted the possibility of resolving these disputes through a friendly settlement through settlement committees, and through the possibility of resorting to arbitration.
