The Algerian legislator has approved new sales patterns along with the sales contract, which is the natural legal tool for the transfer of real estate ownership, this is a contract to preserve the right as a real estate upgrade technique and a copy of the sale of the property is in the process of being completed.

it was re adopted by the legislator under law 11 / 04 dated February 17, 2011, which specified the rules governing the real estate promotion activity.

this type of contract is a development in Algeria and is one of the most reliable mechanisms for activating the real estate promotion market because it is one of the categories of previous agreements for the conclusion of the final contract, that's why we have to ask about the practical importance of such technology in order to advance the real estate promotion sector.

through this study, we tried to find the most important problems that this decade raises, particularly: its importance, its role, its legal nature and its distinguishing it from general rules.
