Abstract EN

The development of information technologies and the appearance of the internet network with all what it contains of development and services, was not peaceful on the world, because it was adapted to be a world of crime which targets all age groups in the society especially the children.

so at present, there has been a significant increase in the use of information technology for studying, communicating and talking which leads to the spread of cybercrimes that threaten their life and badly influence them.

this is an obligatory imposition of all necessary preventive and legal measures aimed at providing them with protection.
