The property of confidentiality in artistical knowledge is one of the most important topics that the parties to artistical knowledge transfer contracts are concerned with, especially in the negotiations, due to the conflict of interests between the parties, as the donor is keen to take all necessary measures to protect the confidentiality of his artistical knowledge, while the recipient seeks to access the content of it to determine the extent importance, that makes him obligated to maintain the confidentiality of what he learned during the negotiation, if he breaches this obligation the donor may file a case for enrichment without reason to redress the damage he suffered as a result if the conditions of his claim are met.
