Abstract EN

This article aims to introduce Imam Mohammed ben Jamaluddin Alsharwani (d: 1063AH) exploring his approach in interpreting Albidhawi’s “Hashiyah ala Anwaar Altanzil wa Asrar Altaweel”, the importance of this book and its resources, as one of the important resources in the science of interpretation.

The researcher employs two approaches in this study, the first is the inductive approach which is used when introducing the author, and the second is the descriptive approach when presenting his approach and style.

The most important findings are as follows: Imam Alsharwani is a great interpreter, faqih and scholar.

He also enjoys a good status among scientists and interpreters.

His approach follows the best methods of interpretation traditionally, and also of good opinion.

The book involves a valuable subject matter in interpretation and linguistics.
