Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة التعرف على درجة الرضا الوظيفي لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية التابعة المديرية التربية و التعليم في محافظة الكرك و علاقة ذلك بمتغيرات الجنس و سنوات الخبرة و المؤهل العلمي)، و تحقيقاً لهدف الدراسة تم إعداد استبانة مكونة (33) فقرة، مقسمة الى مجالين جرى التحقق من صدقها و ثباتها، تم تطبيقها على عينة تكونت من (202) مديراً و مديرة، و أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة الرضا الوظيفي لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية في محافظة الكرك وفقاً لنظرية العاملين من وجهة نظر المديرين جاءت متوسطة، و جاء في المرتبة الأولى مجال الرضا عن مجال و طبيعة العمل بدرجة مرتفعة، يليه مجال (ضغوط العمل) بدرجة متوسطة، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة الرضا الوظيفي لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية تعزى لمتغيري (الجنس، و المؤهل العلمي)، في حين أظهرت وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لأثر متغير (سنوات الخبرة الإدارية على درجة الرضا الوظيفي لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية على المستوى الكلي، و في مجال (ضغوط العمل)، و لصالح فئة سنوات الخبرة أقل من 5 سنوات، و في ضوء النتائج أوصت الدراسة بتوصيات من أهمها عقد دورات تدريبية لمديري المدارس الحكومية في محافظة الكرك للتخفيف من ضغوط العمل و لتمكينهم من اداء مهامهم بسهولة و يسر، و ضرورة تفويض بعض صلاحيات المدير للعاملين في المدرسة من أجل تخفيف الأعباء على المديرين، و لتحقيق القيادة التشاركية في المدرسة.

English Abstract

The study aimed to identify the degree of job satisfaction among the principals of the public schools of the Directorate of Education in Karak province and the relationship with variables (sex, years of experience and scientific qualification), and to achieve the goal of study, a questionnaire was prepared composed (33) paragraphs, divided into two areas, Verification of its sincerity and stability, applied to a sample consisting of (202) managers and principals, and the results of the study showed that the degree of job satisfaction among the principals of public schools in Karak province according to the theory of workers from the point of view of the managers came medium, and came in first place The area (satisfaction with the field and the nature of work) is high, followed by the field (work pressures) at an average level, the results showed no statistically significant differences in the degree of job satisfaction among public school principals attributable to variables (sex, scientific qualification), while the results showed statistically significant differences due to the variable impact (years of managerial experience) on the overall level of job satisfaction of public school principals, in the area of work pressures, and in favour of the group of experience (less than 5 years), and in the light of the recommended results Studying recommendations, the most important of which are: holding training courses for the principals of public schools in Karak province to relieve the pressures of work and to enable them to perform their tasks easily and easily, and the need to delegate some of the powers of the principal to the employees of the school in order to ease the burdens on the principals, and to achieve participatory leadership in the school.
