Abstract EN

Based on the importance of e-education in the development and improvement of university education.

The research aimed to present a proposed model for applying electronic education in Yemeni universities.

And that is through identifying the conceptual framework for e-education ،and getting to know the reality ofelectronic education in Yemeni universities.

The research used the analytical descriptive method ،the research reached a number of conclusions ،the most important of which ware: There is a weakness in the real of applying e- education in Yemeni universities ،the importance and necessity of applying e-education to achieve the efficiency ،effectiveness ،and quality of education in Yemeni universities ،and to achieve high rates of productivity and competitiveness ، local ،Arab ،and international ،presenting a proposed model for applying electronic education in Yemeni universities ،in addition ،some recommendations have been reached which may contribute to the applying electronic administration and the upgrading of Yemeni universities ،the most important of which was: Adopt the eeducation system as it is one of the modern approach based on new technologies that enables universities to achieve their educational goals without regard to spatial and temporal barriers .
