Abstract EN

This article aims to clarify the doctrine purposes (family provisions).

The study employs the inductive and descriptive approaches.

It is divided into an introduction, two sections and six demands.

The introduction presents the problem, objectives, previous studies and the approach employed.

The first section introduces the concept of purposes linguistically and terminologically, and the concept of personal statuses.

The second section presents the doctrine purposes in Sharia texts related to personal statuses, divorce, dhihar, alimony, inheritance, Eda “wife’s waiting period after divorce” doctrine, faith and their relation to Allah through the meanings of piety and fear of Him, etc.

to achieve a dignified life and continuous happiness.

The most important findings of the study are: there is a bond between Sharia texts related to personal status and issues of faith and doctrine.

The study also recommends that this type of art should be taken care of, conducting further research highlighting its features and facts, due to its crucial effect in people’s life in changing their behaviors to the best.
