This article aims to study the Qur’anic Verses which tackle the story of Saba and Eram Torrent in Surat Saba, clarifying the great significances contained in these verses., detailing the aspects of rhetoric and syntax in the story.

It defines Saba and their homes at the time of the story, Marib Dam, pinpointing the situation of Saba Kingdom before and after Eram Torrent, and its first king.

The study also shows the total meaning of these verses and the lessons gained from such as story.

The study concludes with some results, the most important of which are: Saba is Abdshams ben Yashjub ben Ya’rub ben Qahatan, the first king of the ancient Saba’i Yemen, and whose name was given to Saba Kingdom, and the City of Saba.
