Abstract EN

This article aims to provide a deductive study of Ahmed Shakir’s Approach in investigating Hadiths, through his exploration of Tirmithi’s Sunnas and the first part of the manuscript, besides what he prescribes in “Alba’ith Alhadith”: 1.

Ahmed Shakir’s Imamah and his interest in this art.

His reasoning is based on essential reasons such as the redundant or suspended narration advocates the related narration and not a reason of it, individuality of opinion is not a reason, and if the suspension is from a trusted scholar, then it is an accepted addition.

Ahmed Shakir depends heavily on evidence in reasoning Hadiths such as evidence of reasoning, preferring evidence, and collective evidence.
